Project Overview
Incorp Industries was selected by Laframboise Group to provide critical scaffolding and insulation services for the construction of IKO’s new U.S. manufacturing campus in Clay County, Florida. IKO, a global leader in roofing, waterproofing, and insulation products, is investing $270 million in this multi-phase development, which will include an asphalt shingle production facility, an insulation board plant, and a commercial rolled roofing plant.
The 80-acre campus will feature a 300,000-square-foot shingle manufacturing and warehouse facility in its first phase, with potential expansion to approximately 700,000 square feet. The first of three production lines is the shingle line, which is scheduled to be commissioned and begin shipping products by mid-2025. Once fully operational, the facility is expected to employ more than 100 people and contribute an estimated $1.3 billion in economic impact to Clay County.
