Marshall Station Unit 4

Location: Terrell, North Carolina
Industry: Power Generation

Objective

The objective was to deliver scaffold access aligned with critical path repair work while maintaining strict safety standards and minimizing outage duration. Incorp’s scope included rapid mobilization of labor, delivery of required materials, and engineered scaffold drawings to support access from the V-bottom to the pendants on both A and B sides of Unit 4.

Application

Within one week of receiving the request, Incorp mobilized 60 scaffold builders, delivered all required materials, and provided engineered drawings to support the scope. Scaffold systems were installed from the V-bottom to the pendants on both A and B sides, enabling continuous access for repair crews as outage work progressed. Throughout execution, the field team maintained a focus on safe access delivery and schedule alignment under tight outage timelines.

Result

Following completion of the repair scope, Incorp supported demolition activities to help close out the outage efficiently. The primary scaffold installation across both A and B sides was completed ahead of schedule in 10 shifts, with demolition carried out in an additional five shifts. The project was executed with an incident- and accident-free record, reinforcing Incorp's ability to deliver safe, engineered scaffolding solutions with precision execution in high-demand outage environments.
