Project Overview

Incorp Industries provided installation of an insulated metal panel (IMP) system for the interior walls and ceilings of one of Nestlé Purina’s largest pet food manufacturing facilities in Batavia, Ohio. The fire-rated and insulated panel scope was delivered within an active, multi-contractor construction environment in close coordination with Ranger Steel.

Objective

Incorp’s objective was to deliver high-quality interior IMP installation services supporting facility construction progress while meeting compressed timeline demands and working safely within restricted and congested jobsite conditions. The scope included over 50,000 square feet of fire-rated insulated wall panels, more than 300,000 square feet of insulated metal wall panels, and over 35,000 square feet of insulated metal ceiling panels.

Application

Installation required coordination across limited-access work areas while multiple contractors operated simultaneously on site. Incorp deployed experienced field leadership and provided consistent safety oversight to ensure crews had the tools, equipment, and resources needed to maintain productivity and safe performance throughout the installation.

Result

Incorp completed the interior IMP scope with an incident- and accident-free record while staying on track to meet key project schedule requirements.
