At Incorp, we build our top-driven, employee-led safety programs around the most stringent safety standards. The Incorp Safety Policy requires that every employee attend our rigorous, comprehensive, hands-on safety training programs and maintain the highest safety standards through all phases of each project. Continuing education is required for all Incorp staff, and we use both inside and outside resources to teach continuing education topics, including asbestos and lead abatement, handling hazardous materials, scaffolding and insulation safety, quality, and service training. We provide incentives, awards, and recognition to boost employee morale and encourage buy-in at every level.
