Safety is Incorp’s highest priority. The Incorp Safety Policy requires that every employee attend our rigorous safety training programs and maintain the highest safety standards through all phases of each project. Continuing education is required for all Incorp staff. Incorp uses both inside and outside resources to teach continuing education topics, including asbestos and lead abatement, handling hazardous materials, scaffolding and insulation safety, quality, and service training. In addition, we thoroughly screen all Incorp employees for adherence to our strict substance abuse policies. Incorp maintains a very low EMR, well below the industry averages.
